Exploring Lord of Life

What should a person do to become a Lutheran?

To become a Lutheran, only Baptism and instruction in the Christian faith is required.   If you are already baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, it will be necessary only to attend a membership class in a Lutheran congregation and thus signify your desire to become a part of its community.  Active members of other Lutheran congregations usually need only to transfer their membership.  Please contact one of our pastors for more details.

I've been worshiping at Lord of Life Church for awhile. How do I join?

We have new member explorations three times a year, called “Exploring Lord of Life.”   It happens several times per year on Sundays at 10:15 and lasts seven weeks (yes, people occasionally miss a date, but it’s good enough they don’t want to).  It also connects people to each other, building relationships.

Why should I join Lord of Life Church as a member?

Membership is a commitment to mature as a baptized disciple of Jesus.  We’d love to have you join us on that journey.
